  2. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during the return shipment. Make sure to include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you prefer, we can provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for a small fee.
  4. Return Address: Once your return is authorized, you will be provided with our return address to ship the item back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [7-15 business days].
